When you use the voice search feature, your voice recording is:

• Temporarily processed to convert speech to text
• Sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription
• Immediately deleted after transcription
• Never stored permanently on our servers

2. Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app:

• Search queries (anonymized)
• Feature usage patterns
• App crashes and errors (no personal data)

Information We Don't Collect

• Personal identification information
• Location data
• Contact information
• Device identifiers
• Advertising IDs

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OpenAI Whisper API: For voice transcription only. See OpenAI's privacy policy.
• Render.com: For hosting our API services. No personal data is stored.

Data Storage

• All Quran translations and data are stored locally on your device
• Your preferences and bookmarks remain on your device
• No personal data is transmitted to our servers

Children's Privacy

QuranCompare is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, there is no personal information to access, modify, or delete. All app data can be removed by uninstalling the app.
